Since the 1920’s, we have been honoured and had the pleasure in working with the following major organisations:
1947 – Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.
We opened a branch office in Liverpool specifically to handle the importation of tyre making machinery for the opening of Goodyear Tyre companies manufacturing plant in Wolverhampton.
1970’s– De Havilland Aircraft Co.
We were the nominated transporters for the De Havilland Aircraft Co.’s Military aircraft program, shipping their then very modern fighter aircraft the “Venom” around the world. At the same time the first civil jet the “Comet” came into service and again we were entrusted with the complete shipping program.
1980’s – Hawker Siddeley Dynamics Ltd
In the 1960’s Britain became part of the European space program and we were appointed transportation co-ordinators by Hawker Siddeley Dynamics Ltd. Who were the prime contractors on both the “Blue Streak Rocket” and the “ESRO 2 satellite Communications” program, for the movement of the components then the final movements to the U.S.A. and the French Guiana for final launch.
1980’s – Hyster Forklift Company
In the 1970’s Hyster Forklift Company opened their U.K. manufacturing operation in Craigavon Northern Ireland and we were appointed project managers to transport the machines from Northern Ireland to our Liverpool warehouse where we then not only handled the distribution within the UK, but packed and transported there machines worldwide. We still provide a service to them today.
1990’s & 1990’s – Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co
In the 1980’s thru the 90’s we were given the responsibility by our long existing client Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. to manage the logistics operation for their Formula One Racing program. This required us to transport in excess 3,000 racing tyres and several tons of equipment to every race staff accompanied the cargo to all corners of the globe, this service was provided for almost 20 years until Goodyear withdrew for economic reasons at the end of the 1998 season and in all that time there was never a late shipment.
1990’s – Airbus UK
In the 1990’s Airbus UK who build the wings for all the Airbus aircraft that are completed in Toulouse gave us the responsibility of transporting all the components from the U.S.A. and final wings to Toulouse and Hamburg for the completion of the aircraft.
2003 – BAA
We were awarded the logistics contract on Terminal 5 by the BAA. Our responsibility was for the safe movement of large components from manufactures throughout the UK to the construction site. Every element of distribution were conducted on a just in time basis and were tracked via our specially written database
2006 – Otis
We were awarded by our long standing customer Otis elevators the roll of logistics and storage provider for their prestigious Lyme Street project. This involves us receiving sea freight containers from all over the world, unloading them utilising specialist equipment designed and made specifically for us for this project, all parts are sorted by part number and stored until required at the project face.
2009 – Palletline
In 2009 we joined Palletline, the UK’s leading palletised distribution specialist. This partnership enables us to deliver freight throughout the UK on next day or Economy services.
2014 – Otis
In 2014 we were appointed as an Otis Group preferred supllier for all logistics requirements within the London and South East areas this was in conjuction with our head office moving to a much larger facility at the Ridgeway Distribustion Centre in Iver.
