Adam Michaels

Captain Alfred von der Hoeh is the General Manager of MMNavigation. Captain von der Hoeh began his sea going career in 1975 and sailed until 1988. In 1990, he graduated as shipping merchant in Germany and joined MM the same year. Today, he oversees the company’s crew operations, crew training and industrial relations. Captain von der Hoeh is a member of the board of the International Maritime Employer’s Council (IMEC).
